Item Description
1949. 8.5x11.5” thin artboard has nice pen and ink/color pencil art of Smitty with his hat off saying “Take Yer Hat Off When You Talk To Charley Weber!” as he knocks Little Herby’s hat off. Signed at bottom “From One Great Guy To Another W. Berndt ’49.” Margin edges are a bit tan, image area is Exc. Nicely drawn.
