First frame is 9-3/8x11.5” wood with 7.5x9.5” opening revealing mount with 6.5x8-5/8” real photo in center showing 16 well-dressed people in yard with tree and Victorian house in bkg. Most likely early 1900s. Frame has trace of lt. scattered wear. Fine. Mount has a few lt. moisture marks. VG. Image area has st. fade. Exc. Second frame is 8.5x10.75” with 7x9.25” opening in center revealing group at large table with some wearing party hats. Herbert Hoover image can be seen on wall at right rear. Dated at lower left “Newkirk Photo. 1928.” Bottom edge of photo has .25” emulsion lift at lower right. Overall Fine in high quality frame. Sharp images. Ready for display.
