©1912 the Boston Post. 14.5x17.25” wood frame has nice 9.75x11-7/8” photo showing team members in pinstriped uniforms in front of dugout with crowd of spectators in stands behind them. Considered by many baseball historians to be one of the most dramatic World Series ever played, Boston beat the New York Giants 4 games to 3 with one tie. This was only one of 4 World Series to go to 8 games, and the only best of 7 series to do so. Text caption at bottom lists those shown in photo.
