Burlington, Wisconsin. c. 1960s version. 4x4.5x8” tall thin cardboard box has graphics on front with full bank dispensing Hershey candy and graphics on 2 sides of happy boy and girl retrieving candy with text including “It’s A Treat Saving Pennies.” Box has trace of lt. dust soil, more pronounced on back instruction panel. Original store ink price on lid top. Fine. Plastic bank has label on back picturing 4 varieties of Hershey’s miniature bars. Plastic window has crack not affecting operation. Displays Exc. Nicely designed.
