Fine. 3.5x5” stiff paper folder with 4 pages has cover text including “The Beautiful Service Ribbon Is Made By The Same Company That Makes Service Ribbons Our Heroes In The Armed Forces Wear.” A nice, patriotic connection to WWII. Inside folder is blank with one tiny 1/8” hole where ribbon medal was originally attached. A few lt. bends where medal was held in place. Fine. The 1.5” tall medal has checkerboard fabric over metal bar pin suspending glow-in-dark plastic medal designed like horseshoe with “TM” checkerboard logo in center. Medal has probably lost glow power but we have not followed instructions which say “To Make This Medal Glow At Night, Merely Expose It To The Sunshine For An Hour Or So Each Day.
