Brass bands hold large high relief soft rubber head with metal rod running vertically and a pair of translucent pink balls at each end to turn thus twisting the face into various expressions. Ring is exceptionally clean but 2 small streaks of red color off the right side of the hat and a small spot off the area just above his tuft of yellow hair. On the underside there are a pair of small 1/8” splits in the rubber where it meets the brass band but this is rather normal for this ring and does not cause any problem. One of a set of from 1952.
