Item Description
10x13" ornate gold wood frame has double mat with opening of 5x7" around set of 3 enameled metal pins 1.5" to 2.5" tall. Relief mounted to bkg. scene depicting many of the different animal forms that Merlin and Madame Mim transformed into. Pins are of Merlin and Mim in their human forms as well as Archimedes outside his bird house and looking down at them. At bottom center is 1" medallion pin with logo design for "Disney's Journey Through Time Pin Celebration." Issued for Sep. 19-21, 2003 event at Walt Disney World Resort. Extremely limited edition of just 25 and issued at $125. It was an instant sell-out. Artist was Martha Widener. Comes with certificate and original box. Mint and ready for display. A much sought-after item in the pin collecting community. From the Tomart Archives and comes with COA signed by Tom Tumbusch and Ted Hake.
