8.5x11” printed “Agreement Between William Robinson Jr. And American Society Of Composers, Authors & Publishers” with New York City address has 4 pages with ink stamp date on front cover of “Nov. 3, 1975." Contract is for years 1976-1985. Twelve paragraph contract has ink-stamped signature of ASCAP president Stanley Adams and ballpoint pen signature William Robinson “Owner.” Two horizontal folds through center, top corner tips have a few lt. creases. VF with Exc. signature. Comes with Hake's COA.
