8.5x11” printed “Agreement Between Rod Stewart And American Society Of Composers, Authors & Publishers” with New York City address has 4 pages with ink stamp date on front cover of “Jan. 22, 1976.” Contract is for years 1976-1985. Twelve paragraph contract has ink-stamped signature of ASCAP president Stanley Adams long with bold ballpoint pen signature of Rod Stewart. Two lt. horizontal folds through center and some other scattered light wear. VF with Exc. signature. Comes with Hake's COA.
