Nice quality metal gun is 10" long from 1946. Gun is automatic pistol U-238 w/bright gold finish, identical to U-235 although that gun came in silver or black finish. Lightly incised on left side of body is "Buck Rogers Atomic Pistol" w/small image of Buck and Daisy address. Has pair of red plastic windows through which a spark is visible when the trigger is pulled. Gun still sparks and also produces a loud firing sound. The non-gold metal pieces of "Rocket Nozzle And Blacklash Deflector" have tiniest traces of lt. surface oxidation although really only noticeable when viewed closely. The gold body of gun shows only tiniest traces of wear, some minor paint rubs on raised rings of grip back, small trace of paint wear to extreme underside edge of grip. Overall remains one of the nicest examples we've seen. Still displays Exc.
