4x9.75x1.5" deep box contains nicely designed pocket watch w/2" dia. chromed metal case which attaches to an oversized 1.5" wide black leather band so it can also be worn as a watch. Designed to look like a 1930s pocket watch but actually c. 1972. Comes w/insert instruction/warranty card for "Photorific Products Inc." produced for sales in stores although piece is likely unauthorized as there is no Dille copyright. The choice dial illustration depicting Buck and Wilma was taken from the box of the original 1935 pocket watch by Ingraham (see #1247). Also see matching Mickey Mouse watch by this company #1771. Watch has brass-colored lightning bolt hands and the second hand is a diecut rocket ship which revolves. The watch is attached to red felt-covered insert and comes w/chrome chain for attachment to the pocket watch. Box has lt. wear but Exc. Watch is Mint and working although not guaranteed to keep time over a 24-hour period. Actually as scarce, if not scarcer, than the original 1935 watch due to limited distribution.
