9.5x12.5" two-sided paper that includes order blank and advertises premium statues that were issued by various companies (see set w/rare stage #2020. This paper is for Heinz, other issuers included Toddy Malted Drinks and Foulds Macaroni. This paper differs greatly from the ones issued by Foulds and Toddy (see Hake's Premium Toy Guide 5th edition TRZ-19 and 20). One side pictures 10 different statues in the series although rather showing the initial set of 10 (#2020) the three monkeys have been replaced by a French sailor. Between the statue images is a color chart. At right margin is order blank and statues were available by cutting the number "57" off of three packages for each statue. Opposite side has additional text on obtaining the statues and advertises Heinz Rice Flakes. Lt. wear as originally folded but clean. VF. Great piece to display w/statues.
