c. 1920's. 4.5" tall heavy die-cast metal w/hole near top for insertion of cigar tip which can be cut off by depressing top. Made by Reading, PA company and given out as promotion. Nice copper and brass attachments. Scattered lt. wear. Overall Fine. High quality.
