1920s. 10-1/8x16.75" art board shrink wrapped on foam core has great design w/hand holding cigar making different gestures. Text at top "Interesting Talker, Good Judge Of Mankind". White paint is a bit thin in places on text, tiny trace of wear around extreme margin edges but overall bright and VF appearance. Very well done.
