c. 1930s. 9" tall. Well-made of Bakelite-like composition w/cigarette at side of mouth. Top of hat is electric lighter area. Complete w/red spring-loaded catalin operating knob. New cord. Works. Tiny spots of color loss around hat, few flakes to decal, 95% remaining. Fine overall. A wonderful counter top display.
