1950s. 7.75x9.75" with nice image of person dressed as Willie the Penguin walking towards viewer on N.Y.C. street with Empire State Building in Bkg. Reverse side has ink stamp for Old Masters Associates Inc. with West 42nd Street N.Y.C. address. Photo has gentle crease at upper left and hairline crease at lower right corner tip. Problems are just visible in reflective light. Exc. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake's COA.
