c. 1930's. 9x9" thin art board has 7.25" diameter hand-inked border line with 3.75x4 5/8" thin art board in center with Moon Mullins smiling and waving holding cigar in right hand with Kayo sitting on his shoulder as Lord Plushbottom and Moon's girlfriend Egypt look on from left side. Art has an additional applied small art board at lower right with artist/creator signature "Willard". Hand-lettered "Moon Mullins" title just above scene. Some margin surface dust soil with a few creases here and there but image area itself is VF. We have not seen this particular image, but from a 1930's series of comic character mirrors.
