Item Description
1930s. Made in Japan for Australian market. Thin cardboard box is 1.5x2.25x6" tall with nice art images on all sides. Front and back panels have him throwing a punch with his hat in mid air, side panels have him looking at loop, and end panels show him hat less throwing a punch with stars in the air. Box has color rubs, some wear around edges. One blank inside flap has pulled loose. Fine. Figure is 5.75" tall with pipe in mouth. When wound, head goes up and down and figure waddles about. Trace of lt. dust soil but overall VF with bright color and great design. Complete with key. Works well. Nice display item.
