Item Description
Two items. c. 1898. Hankie is 16.5x17" with nice 3.75x5.75" art image in one corner with American and Cuban flags crossed. Shows lt. aging with a few lt. stains. Fine. 9.25x9.25" gold accent wood frame with glass has 6-7/8x6-7/8" store card with total of 12 Cuban flag stickpins designed to be sold to wear during Spanish American War. Card has varying degrees of age tanning. Fine. Pins have a few tiny bits of paint that have flaked off, mostly in blue stripe areas. Flaking has stabilized as no flakes are present inside frame. Fine overall. Ready for display. Nicely designed.
