Item Description
12 items total. Dates range from 1918-WWII. Includes 5.75x8 7/8" 1918-19 “Supplementary Catalog of Arms Extras and Parts” with 64 pages and 1923 catalog #107 which is 5.75x8.75" coverless with 192 pages. Each is extensively illustrated with prices. Much information on guns, ammo, knives, etc. Both have some wear but overall good. 1938 “Sporting Repeaters” 8 3/8x10 7/8" stiff paper 1938 high quality catalog with nice art image on front of man smoking pipe hunting with Setter. Comes with separate July 1, 1938 cover letter noting “The Supply of this Catalog is Limited”. Cover and inside page corners have a few very lt. creases but overall catalog is VF with VF letter which has been folded as issued. Next are eight different folders, each 6.25x9" with eight pages from the 1930's. Five are for rifles and three are for shotguns including one six page folder with shotgun instructions. Instruction folder has vertical fold through center, otherwise group is VF/Exc. Last item is 8.5x11" four page slick paper folder from 1943 noting “The War has Changed our Plans Completely as our Production is now Practically 100% for Military Purposes” with nice back cover graphics of rifles manufactured between 1816 and WWII. Two horizontal folds as mailed. Fine. An interesting and instant collection of Remington items.
