Item Description
Both are Milton Bradley #4041 c. 1930. Each has same lid graphics showing the Nebb family and friends playing cards with smiling dog in foreground. Smaller set box is 3.75x5.25x.75" deep with instructions on inside of lid and 45 cards, each 2.25x3.5" with three color character images on front as opposed to full color cards in larger set. Lid has some wear around edges and top has been written on in ink. VG/Fine. Cards have lt. aging but overall Fine. Larger box is 5.5x7.5x1" deep with instruction folder and insert with four spaces holding 12 cards in each. Each card is 2-3/8x3.5" with nice color character art on front and Mr. Nebb image on back as opposed to smaller set which has generic images on back. Lid has scattered wear around edges. Fine. Instruction folder is lightly but evenly tanned with a few creases. Fine. A few cards have lt. creases and show some use. Overall VF. Both are scarce. Nice graphics.
