Item Description
c. 1930's. 7.25x7.5" thin art board has 6" dia. border line in blue pencil with 4x4" India ink image in center with smiling Harold and Lillums close to each other with hearts above their head. Art is signed at bottom by cartoonist/creator Carl Ed. Top has "Harold Teen" inked name. Some lt. dust soil, lower left corner of art board is missing a piece in blank area. Image area Fine.
