Auction #202 - Part I
Item numbers 1 through 1553 in auction 202
Item Description
Brass 34mm (1-3/8") with slogan on recessed arch design above recessed center oval panel surrounding his initials. Albert lists this as Washington 11A, the version (1 of 3) with the least amount of space between the initials "GW." This example is missing the shank and long ago someone put a smooth, neat 1/16" hole at bottom center to mount the button for display. In spite of these two defect, this is a beautiful strong strike and has very attractive all original patina. Displays extremely Fine.
