Item Description
1.5x2" wide, this unusual piece features a silver luster embossed frame holding large mint cardboard photo of Cleveland. A red ribbon is glued to the reverse as an accent and the reverse has a long vertical pin with clasp. Tiny bit of brass show through on the front frame but near mint and with mint photo. First we've seen. Rare.
