The original parts of this item are a very clean 3" long flag designed ribbon which joins to a 1.75" disc which has tin reverse and tin rim plus clear celluloid over a large real photo of McKinley. The top of this piece once had a bar pin now gone and in its place is glued on a large rwb fabric bow-like accent which has at its center a cloth covered flag design with a stickpin reverse. Small loss of red on the flag stripes but overall a very clean appearance. Reverse fabric near the top has couple small excess spots of blue fabric glued on from some type of previous mounting but this neither shows nor causes any problem. The McKinley photo appears to be from 1896. Displays very nicely.
