Hake #3180. While this piece has no stain and displays cleanly there are a number of small indent marks mostly over the left half of the celluloid. There are about 20 in all, most just a dot but about six of these are fairly deep. In addition there is a tiny dot of celluloid off the very bottom edge, although barely noticeable from the front. The reverse is a black cardboard back which once had a wire easel now missing. Also on the reverse upper edge is the slightest trace of remnants from a fabric ribbon so this may have been suspended from a hanger like the example shown as Hake #3175 which reads "For President." While the piece has some obvious damage it still displays cleanly and has a modest opening bid for its size and rarity.
