Bottom curl shows name of maker "Western Badge And Novelty Co. St. Paul." The candidate with TR is Governor candidate Robert C. Dunn. On the reverse there is a .5" narrow cello split next to the metal back but this lays quite tight and is not all obvious from the front which displays essentially Mint as made. Scarce.
