1.25" button c. 1965 when Tolkien's books were achieving great popularity. Button features non-English lettering supposedly in the hobbit language and this button was sold in 'underground' stores with this one bearing the text of NYC Greenwich Village establishment "Big Store NYC." Scarce and Mint.
