Item Description
Smallest are pair of mandolin-shaped whistles, each showing a bird and reading "Japan" at 1.25". Largest are the Indian and circus themed "Japan" whistles around 3" tall these being from the 1950's while the others are more from the 1920's and 1930's. The two listed in White are the bird similar to his D-5400-1 as well as the one designed as a king of hearts playing card. Other figurals include airship (paint scuffs), tiger, smiling face (minor paint wear), one shaped like a megaphone which has both Japanese and English text, one rwb T-shaped, and three cylindrical with two of these having flags of nations and one done in rwb. Most pieces say "Made in Japan." Most are at least VF if not better. See lot of railroad related whistles #704.
