Auction #202 - Part I
Item numbers 1 through 1553 in auction 202
Item Description
This piece is 2x2.75" tall and the material is nearly .25" thick. Depicted are a pair of palm trees bending in the breeze. The trunks are clear Lucite but with some added brown color on the reverse to give them a slight tan shade. Likewise the grass accents around the bases and the palm fronds themselves are given their color by the addition of green paint on the reverse. The cut accents on the palm fronds produce various thicknesses of the Lucite and this causes the green color to vary from light to dark. Lower left fond has small 1/8" white mark apparently caused by the bar pin mounted at the reverse but this is quite minor and the piece otherwise displays Mint.
