Item Description
This is a detailed and absolutely wonderful looking cover. Take a look at the in the background. The feel matches a real city environment. The chase across the rooftops looks as convincing as any comic could possibly convey. The actions of the Human Torch and Toro are a bit ambiguous. Are they running from the cops or trying to steal the loot from the crooks? The book was one of Marvel’s most dependable titles during the Golden Age. With issue #93 it was renamed Marvel Tales. This copy is listed as from the collection of Nicolas Cage. The book is CGC-certified 8.5 (VF+). According to the CGC Census, this copy is tied with two others as the third highest graded copy they have seen.
