Item Description
16.75x22" original first printing poster for Dec. 14-15, 1971 concerts at the Hill Auditorium, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI that featured Grateful Dead with New Riders Of The Purple Sage. Wonderful, vibrant art by Gary Grimshaw includes person holding a winged-heart, intertwined guitars, rainbow and planets plus matching band photos at top corners. Moderate scattered wear/aging but more noticeable on back than front. Back has some surface paper loss, moisture staining and tape. Front shows some margin wear, small .25x.5" spot of surface paper loss at lower right and few small margin tears. Overall VG but retains nice appearance for display with bold/strong color and would frame nicely.
