Item Description
14.75x19.75" linen mounted US Government poster c. 1943 done for European Theater of Occupation (ETO) when we first occupied southern Italy and were trying to win over the locals. Many were illiterate and poster was printed with no words but features strong image of Hitler & Mussolini trying to patch the Nazi cause shown as Frankenstein. No.0WI-USP-1 10. A few lt. hairline creases here and there, some professional color touch up but VF appearance overall. Wonderful concept and design.
