Eagleton signed the item placing himself at the top and inscribing: "Tom Eagleton/U.S.S. 1975" (see similar form on item #121). The other three signatures are: “George McGovern” (red ink); “Sargent Shriver” (red ink); “Cesar E. Chavez” (orange ink). McGovern and Shriver signed the item in D. C. Chavez signed at a labor event to support his cause. On the reverse is a neat list in pencil of the four names.
