The other is 19.5x25.75" on stiff paper and features his quotation “We May Not Be Able To Change The Past But We Can Help To Shape The Future.” This is rippled from being rolled but EXC. Both carry credit of “McGovern For President Committee.” Both signed in person for a personal friend and long time Democratic activist. Comes with Hake’s COA.
