7x10" vol 55 #1 summer 1949 issue has 130 inside pages. Classic cover by Rozen has The Shadow holding globe with image of black cat inside with white cat sitting nearby. Contents page has nice blue ballpoint pen autograph in blank area at top from Shadow author "To Rich From Walter Gibson Maxwell Grant". Front cover has minor color touch up and small piece of clear tape on inside ad edge. VG. Pages are supple and near Fine. Autograph area is Exc. Comes with Hake's COA.
