Item Description
Unused eight ounce size cellophane potato chip bag is from 1947. "The Peanut Store" paper hat is from 1959. Die-cut cardboard "Popcorn" holder and shelf talker sign are from 1960s. All four items are unused and Exc. "Fresh Nuts From The Peanut Store" used box is from the 1950s with nice graphics on one side of Mr. Peanut sprinkling salt on peanuts in bowl. Interior has original wrapping with Mr. Peanut images. VF. Twin pack of potato chip canisters is unopened and has lt. aging on plastic packaging but canisters are NM. c. 1970s and comes with blow-up store display which inflates to 7.75" dia. 23" tall. Display has been inflated for the first time for our photo and is complete with instructions and hanging rope in original bags. Exc. Planters Potato Chip items are more difficult to find as chips were a test market item that did not go over and were soon discontinued. An instant collection and wonderful variety.
