11x12.25" cardboard c. 1950s. Sign has nice photo of Olympic runner Owens at upper right and art image at lower left of two men running on track. Top lists members of "Gold Seal Sports Advisory Staff" including Dick McGuire, John Kaiser, Dub Jones, Bill Sharman, Rod Stephens Jr., Bobby Riggs. Lower right side of sign has die-cut area which was designed to be punched out with single sneaker displayed in that area. Barely noticeable tiny bump at lower left corner tip otherwise unused and VF/Exc. Interesting item with major tire company's attempt at sneaker/shoe business.
