Item Description
8.5x12" "Zell Enterprises, International Inc." printed contract dated July 15, 1971 for "Frank Zappa & The Mothers Of Invention" event held at Berkley Community Theater August 25, 1971. Contract has been signed at bottom in black ink "Bill Graham" and in blue ink "Herb Cohen". Reverse side of contract lists Zappa and band members social security numbers. Comes with additional three sheet rider which has been initialed at the bottom of the last sheet "BG" & "HC". Agreed upon wage was $7500 and band members included Ian Underwood, Jeff Simmons, George Duke, Mark Volman. Trace of lt. creasing here and there but overall group is VF. Interesting and historical. Comes with Hake's COA and Rockaway Records LOA.
