8.5x11" sheet has c. 1970 note handwritten in green ink by Frank Zappa requesting the scores "What's The Name Of Your Group" & "Pleated Gazelle" are to be air mailed special delivery along with name and address of recipient in Fayetteville, N.Y. Comes with same size carbon copy sheet dated November 12, 1970 with text noting two scores are enclosed with type written name "Ona Shileika" Frank Zappa's secretary. Song titles are for music from "200 Motels". Sheets have a few lt. handling creases and each has staple impression with two tiny holes at upper left corner. Fine. Interesting and historical. Comes with Hake's COA and Rockaway Records LOA.
