Auction #203 - Part I
Item numbers 1 through 1428 in auction 203
Item Description
This piece is 2" tall and cataloged as Hake #3189. On the back of the piece a separate metal plate holds a stickpin that leaves the flag free to swivel left and right although this does not really serve any purpose. The flag itself is one of the earliest litho tin campaign items and features a large oval portrait of Harrison at the flag's center flanked by the campaign date of "1892." There is a small 1/8" long dot of paint off the bottom edge but overall condition remains VF. Scarce.
