The movie is timeless and considered an animation classic. While titled after the movie, this Dell Giant adaptation contains stories from other areas of the Disney Kingdom. One of the most notable is Lady of the Enchanted Forest which features the White Rabbit, Bambi, Dumbo, Bongo, and the Seven Dwarfs with the Wicked Witch. The book is notable for a nice looking Chip ‘n’ Dale story. Don Christensen has written several of the inside stories. The cover art, as well as some interior work, was done by Al Hubbard. Dell Giants were one hundred pages when this title was published. The covers Dell used were heavier than a regular comic cover and they were considerably less pliant. The size combined with the type of cover they used means that it is very hard to find Dell Giants in good condition. This copy is noted by CGC as a Dell File Copy. It never saw the regular route of distribution and looks as nice as the day it came from the printer. This copy was kept in storage by the publisher until the File Copies were bought by a private collector in the Eighties. The pages are off-white. The book is CGC-certified 9.2. (NM-). According to the CGC Census, this copy is tied with one other as the highest graded copy they have seen.
