From same set as #1267. Bottom margin text reads "Habana 1910 Petway C. Punch Cigarros." Image a bit light but distinct, card front remains clean and glossy. A legend of the Negro Leagues, Petway played for several teams including the Leland Giants and Chicago American Giants. While playing in Cuba in 1910, he reportedly threw Ty Cobb out three times, in three attempts to steal. This is another rare and desirable card from this Cuban set and has been designated by SGC as being from the "Richard Merkin Collection" and comes with Hake's COA.
