Item Description
First is a 1" button c. 1920s with Keystone Badge backpaper which has about 20% with a tan stain and a ribbon was once suspended from the collet and is now missing. The celluloid also has numerous noticeable age dots but color remains bright and with full gloss. Text reads "America First/Klan No. 265 Reading, Pa." Also see Klan parade carried flag item #147. The second item in this group is a 2.25x3" paper sticker gummed on the reverse. This shows a Klansman in robe on a robed horse surrounded by text "Join The Klan/Justice/Be An American/Liberty." The scene is subtitled "The 'Fiery' Summons" with the larger text "Yesterday Today And Forever." Tiny edge nick but otherwise Exc. The third item is a 4" dia. fabric patch. Whereas the other pieces in this lot are c. 1920s this piece is probably 1960s. The last item is a 3.75x6.25" booklet titled "White-Book/Kloran/Knights Of Ku Klux Klan." This book has a great deal of wear including the title page adhered to the fabric lining the inside front cover. The book has 54 pages and while complete condition is just Fair.
