Item Description
Base is nonadjustable with silver luster over brass with a little show through on the lower ring band. The ring sides are die-cut with a center segment resembling a flower plus a leaf design which spreads to the left and right. The top has a rectangular beveled edge glass cover (or thick celluloid) with a yellowish tint. The upper left corner has a small missing piece and the lower right corner has a interior fracture but remains complete. Under the covering is a red panel with the number "100" at the top with a "%" below and below this is a open circular area with the initials "USA." When the ring is tilted the window opening changes from "USA" to "KKK." The covering has a little cloudiness but all details remain clear. Underside of the ring is inscribed "Patent Applied For." This is our seventh example in 45 years. Overall condition is somewhat less than Fine but still at least VG and with the alternating inscription function working properly.
