Item Description
1-3/8" tall shield design marked on back "Amer. OMB. Co. Tic, N.Y." The loop holding the original leather strap is held on by a pair of tiny weld dots on the reverse, apparently as made. One of these has a hairline break at the base of the loop although noticeable for the most part only with magnification. The loop is in no danger of coming off. Very nice enameling, shows just the most trivial wear on close inspection. A rare fob for a seldom advertised product. c. 1920s.
