Item Description
4" tall once with silver flashing although most of this has evaporated so the metal color is a rather dull steel gray. Ribbon remains Exc. with just the faintest dust trace. Top bar reads "Delegate." Suspended fob reads "1st Biennial/16th Regular Convention Cincinnati, Ohio/1922/B.R.S. of A." The initials stand for Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen of America. See next related item.
