Blue ribbon suspends high relief excellent quality medallion featuring spread-wing eagle perched above the enamel logo of the union. Text reads "Second Biennial Convention/17th Regular/Sept 8-13 1924." Many tiny scattered marks on the reverse luster but the front of the piece still displays essentially Mint. Rare limited issue.
