Item Description
1.5". Reverse has W&H backpaper although with a good bit of tan spotting. The celluloid remains Exc. and has graphic design of crown and shield with text "Nielsen & Lundbeck/24 State St., New York/Tel. 2469 Broad." This firm represented various steamship lines which were bringing immigrants to America. They became the representative of the Swedish-American line starting in 1915. Exc. and displays Mint. Rare.
