Group of 24 buttons from 2-1/8" to 3". The vast majority of these are from the 1950s with just three exceptions in rows 5 and 6. The first 16 seem to relate to football and many include the word "Homecoming." The first button from 1948 features a Reddy Kilowatt type character to represent the team nickname "Volts." Other cartoons feature a dragon, hornet, several Indians, a viking and a raven. In row 4 the last two buttons relate to De La Salle basketball teams in 1957 and 1959. In row 5 there is one bowling related button and several buttons relating to senior graduating classes that do not have any particular sports theme. In row 6 is an early 3" "Los Angeles Rams" team button and next to that is a c. 1970s Denver Broncos button. Vast majority are Exc. to Mint and many examples with humorous cartoon graphics.
